Led marketing across the board — launching offers, designing and building funnels, running the ads team, managing media buyers, designing and reporting on split tests, and overseeing creative production across national shoots and terabytes of footage. Also owned customer retention strategy for the membership platform and streaming subscription.
Managed VSL production for the team — video editors, audio production, review cycles, QA, and tech setup. Created supporting assets including AI-generated B-roll. Owned ingredient and mechanism research, affiliate reporting, AI-assisted workflows, LTV optimization, event planning, and marketing operations.
Creative Director leading the entire ad team. Hired, trained, and pushed performance KPIs across paid social and creative. Designed and built landing pages, managed split tests, and owned the social media strategy.
Designed and built a custom CRM and work-order system for a multi-million-dollar electrical contractor — from scratch, no off-the-shelf tools. Centralized jobs, customers, workflows, and internal ops into one place.
